Stephanie Michelle Therapy is an out-of-network provider in New York and New Jersey. This means your insurance is not directly billed by SMT. You will be provided with a billing statement (superbill) at the end of each service which you will submit to your insurance company for direct reimbursement. If you have PPO, HSA, or other flexible health care benefits we will provide you with the billing statement for possible reimbursement, as well.
